Terms of Use
Effective 5 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Wardify ("we", "us") for using the Wardify app and its services. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use Wardify. How we handle your data is explained separately in our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Wardify is a digital wardrobe and AI styling app. It catalogues photos of your clothes, suggests outfits from them, lets you arrange and plan looks, and offers a chat with an AI stylist. We keep improving Wardify, so features may change, be added or be removed over time. We will not remove a feature that is part of a paid plan during a period you have already paid for.
2. Your account
- You sign in with Google, Apple, or an email address and password. You must be at least 18 years old to use Wardify.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
- You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Settings → Delete Account. What that removes is described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Your content
Photos, outfits, plans and messages you add stay yours. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display them, and to have our service providers process them (for example Google for the AI features and Cloudflare for image storage), only to run Wardify for you: for example to cut out a garment, recognise its details, draw an outfit cover or answer you in the chat. We do not use your photos to train AI models and we do not sell your content.
Only upload content you have the right to use, and do not upload anything illegal, harmful, or showing other people without their permission. Add only photos of clothing, and for the colour analysis only a photo of your own face. Do not add photos of children or nudity.
4. AI features
Outfit suggestions, garment details, the colour analysis, cut-out and cover images and stylist replies are generated by AI. The AI provider is Google (Gemini API): the Privacy Policy says what is sent to it, and the app asks for your permission before the first AI feature. The stylist is an AI system, not a person. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, and a generated picture can differ from the real garment in colour, shape or detail. These are ideas, not professional advice, and we do not promise that a suggestion will suit you, the weather or the occasion. Use your own judgement about what to wear. You can report an answer, a look or a garment with the report function in the app.
Shopping suggestions link to third-party shops: their products, prices and availability are theirs, not ours, and any purchase you make there is between you and that shop.
5. Credits and subscriptions
- Some AI features use credits, for example asking the stylist for a look. Adding clothes is free up to an allowance for each account (50 pieces; 150 while you pay for a monthly or annual Pro plan); after that each piece uses one credit. The allowance is given once, does not renew, and is not given back when you delete a piece. When an AI step fails, its credit or free piece is returned.
- Every account gets a small monthly credit allowance. A Pro subscription gives a larger one. Credits from a plan are renewed each billing period and do not carry over to the next one.
- Credit packs you buy are kept separately and do not expire. Plan credits are used before bought ones.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money.
- Subscriptions and credit packs are sold through the App Store or Google Play and are charged to that account. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. If an offer includes a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then.
- Some features also have daily or weekly limits.
- Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it first in the App Store or in Google Play. When you delete your account, the credits left in it, bought ones included, are deleted with it.
- If we close an account or stop the service, these terms do not take away any refund the law gives you for credits you bought and could not use.
- If we stop the service, or close your account when you have not broken these terms, we pay back the price of the credit packs you bought and have not used. Write to support@wardify.app from your account's email address. Credits that came with a plan or as a gift are not paid back.
- If you are a consumer in Türkiye, the rights that Turkish consumer law gives you, including the right of withdrawal and its exceptions, apply to your purchase.
- If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a legal right of withdrawal from a purchase for 14 days. Credits and subscription features are supplied immediately. By buying, you ask us to supply them straight away and acknowledge that, for credit packs, you lose the right of withdrawal once the credits have been added to your account. You can withdraw from a subscription within the 14 days; you may then have to pay for the part already provided. You use this right through Apple or Google, who process the refund, or by writing to us.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Wardify: do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, get around credit or plan limits, access other people's data, use the service automatically or at scale without our permission, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close an account that does.
Do not use the stylist or the image features to create unlawful, sexual, hateful or harassing content. We may block a request or remove content that breaks these rules.
7. Ending the service
You can stop using Wardify and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we have to stop offering the service. If we close the service for everyone we will tell you in the app in advance where we reasonably can.
8. Liability
Wardify is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and correct, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that its suggestions will suit you. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. These limits do not apply to liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or to any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when there is a good reason, such as a change in the law or in the service. When we do, we will change the date above, and for significant changes we will let you know in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account before then; if you keep using Wardify after that, the updated terms apply.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in. If you are a consumer, these terms do not stop you from going to the consumer bodies and courts of the place where you live. Questions about these terms go to privacy@wardify.app; questions about the service can also go to support@wardify.app.
Wardify is run by Berk Civelek, an individual developer in Türkiye, email privacy@wardify.app.
11. If you got the app from Apple's App Store
- These terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for Wardify and its content.
- Your licence to use the app cannot be transferred. It covers Apple devices you own or control, as the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions allow.
- We alone are responsible for maintenance and support of Wardify. Apple has no obligation to provide any.
- If Wardify fails to meet a warranty that applies, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund the price you paid for the app, if any. As far as the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for Wardify; anything else that follows from such a failure is our responsibility.
- We, not Apple, deal with claims about Wardify, yours or anyone else's: for example product liability, a failure to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
- If someone claims that Wardify, or your use of it, infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
- You confirm that you are not in a country that is under a US Government embargo or that the US Government has designated a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on a US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- When you use Wardify you must also keep to any third-party terms that apply to you, for example your mobile data agreement.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Once you accept them, Apple has the right to enforce them against you.
- Questions, complaints and claims about Wardify go to us; our contact details are in section 10.
